Though I would say that porting EVE to the major consoles (while possibly a technically challenging task) would otherwise be seamless. Graphically it would be a mirror, and other than the coding, the only other challenge, and one of the largest for putting EVE on any non-mouse-and-keyboard system is the control interface.
